AnaptysBio, Celgene In Strategic Antibody Pact

AnaptysBio has entered a strategic partnership with Celgene Corp. to develop novel antibodies against multiple therapeutic targets. AnaptysBio is responsible for generating novel therapeutic antibodies to oncology and inflammation-related targets using its SHM-XEL platform. Celgene will have worldwide rights to develop and commercialize any antibodies discovered under the terms of the partnership. AnaptysBio will receive an upfront payment, preclinical and clinical milestone payments, as well as royalties on sales.
